Hi i’m a size 4 with slight feet will the ankle support be ok for my size i’m a female thank u xxx

I bought this for my daughter who is size 5 with slim feet. She finds it easy to put on and very straightforward to adjust.

If you buy one only, how do you know which foot it fits? There is no option to chose right or left, it doesn’t look reversible or symmetrical?

It will fit either foot. The fastening instructions show it being fitted to the right foot, however my problem is my left foot and it fits without problems.

does this help with over pronation/flat feet?

I have plantar fasciitis, and my ankle hurts, it's helped a great deal with both of these. So flat feet it might help.
