The description says Eachtablet contains 65 mg of elemental iron; equivalent to 325 mg, but the packaging says 28mg. Which is it?

It’s actually 28mg of iron. I take these and can tell a big difference when I run out or skip a day. These are better than the Feosol in the red bottle.

Does calcium block absorption of this iron combo? Do you need to make sure it's taken 2 hrs before or after calcium-rich meal?

My understanding is you can never mix calcium an iron, that they always have to be separated. I always do.

Working great

I bought this iron for the heme iron content, which makes it absorb better. My blood levels are improving. I’m still noticing an issue with constipation occasionally, even with a high fiber diet, but it is not as bad as it used to be with another brand. I have had no other side effects.
