Best thing we've ever done for ourselves!! We've thought about getting one of these beds for years, we wish we'd have done it years ago!! I actually woke up pain free; first thing I thought of when I woke up was "nothing hurts!" The company was great to help with questions.... The only downside was delivery... Can't blame that on them, that's on FEDEX!

Great product! Heavy! The worst part of putting it together was moving it. I ordered the bed 2 days before we were getting to our new apartment because it said it would be here 2 days later. As soon as I hit purchase it said it shipped and would be at our apartment the next day, before we got here. I called customer service and they assured me it hadn't shipped yet. Later, when I was putting it together, I got a scare thinking I had received a king mattress instead of 2 twins (split king). I messaged the company again but, before they could answer, I realized it was 2 twins in one package. That is just to say they were very patient with me! The bed has been great. My husband is usually up several times a night and he's sleeping through the night!

This bed is horrible, very noisy, doesn’t prevent snoring, not even a little! I started having issues with my back and I wake up in pain! They refund me a portion of my money, but now I’m seeking another refund for the noisy adjustable base!

I love this bed my only gripe is the phone app is terrible and so is the customer service policy of leaving a message and waiting for a call back. What if you aren't at home when they call... It's hard to fix a problem with their app if you are driving down the road. 24-48 hour call back window... Even the cable company gives a more precise window.

Best online purchase - ever! I can’t say enough great things about this bed. We have a long room and like to have our own space, so we decided to order 2 full size beds and push them together. It’s very similar to getting a split king but the one drawback is you don’t have the option of raising one side up to put on the sheets. To overcome this, we added furniture sliders to each leg and just push them apart when we’re changing the sheets (easy peasy). For this setup, you do have to order two sets of full size sheets. It’s also hard to find comforters/ quilts that accommodate a 9 foot wide bed, so I just ordered 2 matching comforters and quilt (in the pic my husband had the quilt off his side of the bed)… honestly my husband and I are the only ones who see it, so we really don’t care. You could get an Alaskan king comforter that would accommodate the width of the two beds but it would be long since a full size bed is 75” long. And an Alaskan king bed is 108”. You also need to consider you would need to have a 9’ long headboard (we made our own from 1x4s). The functions of the bed are fantastic! I LOVE the zero G option if I’m reading or watching TV. I also love playing around with various sleeping positions/tilts. It took a few days but we each found our ideal positions and saved them to our favorites. I know most of the reviews were so-so for the massage feature (since it’s basically just a vibrate setting) but we both use it nightly. By the time it shuts off (30 minute intervals) we’re sound asleep. We both prefer firm mattresses, so we went with the 10 inch firm option (which is perfect for us). We also added the 3 inch Tempur-Pedic mattress topper for each bed hoping it would add longevity to the mattress. So far (2 months later) we don’t have divots where we typically sleep. As for shipping, we did not have any issues. The representative called me the day we ordered to schedule delivery and we received it a few days later. We do live on a small 1 lane (dead end) road, so we had the driver (18 wheeler) meet us at a store down the street from our house to ensure he could get his truck turned around. The driver loaded the beds on our truck and we brought them home. As others have mentioned, the beds are very heavy. Our bedroom is on the 3rd floor, so my adult son and husband had to carry them up two flights of stairs. For the price of this bed, you can’t go wrong. We are so happy with our purchase. I don’t want to travel anymore as I know I won’t be able to sleep in another bed.

Was easy to assemble, nice and firm very comfortable mattress.. bed moves up and down easy .. vibration is a plus for me since I had two back surgery.. well worth the price

First of all, had a great experience with the shipping company, Oak Harbor Freight Lines. They called, showed up on time, and the delivery driver brought our boxes in the garage. We do have a super short driveway with little slope, however. The bed was amazingly easy to set up. Seriously, set up in less than an hour. I did use someone’s advice from the reviews and we unloaded the boxes in the garage and brought everything in that way. So no struggles with the weight. Only slept on the bed one night, but seems super comfortable. The remote doesn’t light up for long, and definitely make sure NOT to use the “TV” button on the remote. Someone called it the “taco” setting, and that’s not an exaggeration! But the other settings are very good. The massage to me isn’t much, different vibrations is about it. But I didn’t expect much out of that feature. I would definitely recommend this bed. For the price, it is a great deal. We actually got the firm mattress, and it doesn’t seem too firm, but you have to really like a true firm mattress.

Fantastic bed! We love all the angles you can adjust to and the memory function to save your favorite positions. I did get individual twin XL mattress pads for each mattress, but I was amazed that our regular king sheets continue to work just fine, no matter what position we are each in. The only slightly odd thing is that when you’re sitting up, your nightstand is hard to reach, but that’s a small sacrifice. If you choose the firm option, be aware it is VERY FIRM. My husband loves it, and I’m adjusting. It would be great if you could mix your choices and get one firm and one medium firm since they are indeed separate.
