I ordered this mouse pad and it came in exactly as described in a protective sleeve. It came with 8 individual rubber triangles so that you can place non-slip stickers on both sides of the pad at once if you like (or 4 pads and 4 replacements if you need to replace one), and with 8 protective stickers for your mouse to ensure it slides over the pad silently. It also came with a professional-looking information page from the company that makes the mousepad where it explains useful tips for how to use the mouse pad, how it can be used to best suit your needs, and a support number for technical help if your mouse does not work correctly at first. The quiet stickies work perfectly and are easy to use. At first, my mouse was making some noise and a few faint scratches appeared on the metal surface. I would recommend using the stickers regardless of whether you want to make your mouse quieter because the stickers also stop any scratching of the metal surface. Both sides are very smooth and easy to clean. I have a wooden desk and have found that using the pad on either side does not cause it to move around my desk, so I personally have not attached the rubber feet. Overall a great purchase for a sleek, sturdy mouse pad that I will probably use for the rest of my life. I highly recommend buying this.

Being a former computer technician, I like to have everything grounded to avoid static electricity, and I've heard that there are health benefits to "Earthing". So I like using an aluminum mouse pad that I've attached to a ground wire. The non-slip underside is nice to keep the mousepad from shifting. It does exactly what I want it to, it is very sturdy and works well. Perfect.

100% recommend, especially if you need to improve your mouse function on uneven surfaces. Stylish, functional and affordable. I made a keyboard tray for my desk out of a 2x12, and apparently the wood had some slight warping that is not noticeable to the naked eye BUT my mouse had a major problem with. Essentially, my mouse didn't work at ALL anymore. So I wanted a nice solid keyboard pad that would be truly flat and rigid enough for my mouse to work again...and this EXCEEDED all expectations. It is thin, good looking (I got black), and my mouse works great again! I will note that I prefer to use the mouse on the 'pad' side, not the metal side, because I think the metal side is a little noisy/scratchy when moving my mouse. But it is silent on the pad side, more comfortable, never cold, and there is no frictional resistance when moving my mouse around on it. It also came with sticky pads (optional to add), that I put on the metal side to prevent any minor slipping. It is extremely affordable and great quality!

Honestly for the 13 bucks I paid for this I really can’t complain, I had a desk pad but it was very overstimulating to me so I got this to test and honestly I might just stick with it my only complain is it does sound a little scratchy even with the pads that come with it but it feels great in my wrist and when I’m playing it looks good and it’s not scratching and doenst slip so I’m happy

I am all about reducing waste where I can. I feel that regular mouse pads must be replaced every few months because they get so gross. I purchased this for something easy to clean. It is a gorgeous mouse pad that has come with me to several of my jobs and has maintained its attractiveness. Highly recommend for someone who is on the go that likes to use a mouse and mouse pad. Super easy to maintain and does what I need it to so. Slim to fit into any sleeve or bag too. I get compliments often and have been told I am "fancy", when in reality I was tired of purchasing mouse pads over and over again and this was my option. Eventually this will pay for itself. Great quality.

I like the concept of a metal mouse bad so I thought I'd try it out. It's sort of a cool concept and almost futuristic. I think this is executed well - if you apply the stickers as they suggest, there will not be much noice and you'll get a smooth mousing experience. My main complaint is the size - while not specific to this seller, so many sellers make mousepads that are simply too small, and this seller does that. I think it needs another 3 inches width and height. That way you wouldn't ever be at risk of moving off the pad, which helps to reduce anxiety and make the mousepad feel more luxurious.

If I’m able to find some no slip product to add to the reverse side to stop slipping, this will be a truly portable mouse pad that I will enjoy. Look forward to solving this wee bit of a problem but as far as travel goes, this is a brilliant idea.

I purchased this because I really needed a firm, hard mouse pad and this is just that. Comes with some triangle stick on stops or some round, more slippery surface. It's a good size, about 8 1/2" x 6 1/2". The metal edges are slightly beveled, not super sharp - but there is a little sharpness. For my use, it's great. The pad is black on both sizes - but one side is smooth, painted surface and the other side is very slightly textured and less shiny. Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.
