Is the hook easy to remove from the wall?

Yes, the hook is easy to remove from the wall. Hold the hook firmly with one hand and pull the green arrowed strip down with the other hand. Hold on tight to the hook itself because if you don't, the elastic nature of the adhesive can cause the hook to fly into the hand that your using to pull the green arrowed strip. That can hurt. Otherwise, it is easy and only takes a few seconds. The strips can only be used once.
