This is my first time using this product. I feel that they are great for first time users because I suffer from painful bloating and knots, I believe they are called trigger points. These cups feel very therapeutic and medical and that they will definitely help me reduce some of my pain and inflammation. That is why I bought them. I just need more experience using them and hopefully by time I will get my desire results. Thanks.....

We’ve tried other types and don’t work on my hairy husband. If your back is covered with shag carpet, don’t fret. These work great. Use a little oil and they slide around for placement.

Hard to use

Used them right away. They are solidly made. I used to have the harder plastic ones with a pump but the pump broke. These are very easy to use being able to just press the cup & apply. The thing to note that that silicone material attracts dust so you have to wash them alot. The small size works best for the shoulder area.

Edited with an afterthought: If you are considering buying colored ones, my massage therapist encourages using the clear ones instead. It is so you can better monitor what is happening to the area of skin suctioned into the cup. She also said don't bother with getting super expensive cups. It's unnecessary. Original review: It does what it says it does. I recommend researching how to get the most benefit from these. But I have Fibromyalgia and arthritis. This is something I can do to relieve trigger point pain. And it's easy for my hubby to help place them where I cannot reach. This pain-relieving method has twice already kept me from calling off work! I rated the suction a 4 not because it doesn't work. But I've benefited from a massage therapist who used the stronger ones. I can tell a difference between the one the 'pros' use and these. BUT, with my hand strength, I give it a 5-star rating. Maybe one day I will be able to test the Pro version. But I am really happy with this product!

I haven't had a lot of success using this product. The suction is easily lost. For what I'm supposed to be using it for, it's challenging for me. But the cups are well constructed.

My physical therapist used small cup on my arm with lotion and it was an amazing help. She told me she bought online so I found these and ordererd them. They seem to be a quality product at a good price. I've used the smallest one on my foot for metatarsalgia and Morton's Neuroma and splayed toes. Can't say if it has worked much but don't regret purchase. Will attempt to use on other body parts. 4 different sizes. Therapist said I could not harm myself using them. Upon reading brochure, they should not be used on someone with a bleeding problem or with skin problems.

I bought a hard plastic cupping set first to help with my tight neck and traps, but it was difficult to keep the smallest cup on and bothersome to use the pump each time if fell off. My therapist was trying out this new silicone set. They felt GREAT! Gliding the cups over the skin and muscles felt more effective than the others. So I bought this set and love it! I took the smallest one with me to use on a trip and on the plane for my neck. A little lotion, a small cup on my neck hidden behind my hair while my neighbor slept, perfect! I can use all of the cups well except the largest one. it requires 2 hands (for an average female), to get good suction; you will need help to get it on the backside of your body. They nest inside each other making them compact. They're easy to clean, and because they're easy to use, you'll find you use the more often. Great product.

Love these! It takes a lil while to get used to the suction of each size & how to move them on certain areas of the body but after some practise I really enjoy this as a home treatment for pain & tight muscles.

Easy to use great for fasciae work

Je l' avais essayé chez une amie. J' ai voulu me le procurer. Je ne l' ai pas encore utilisé. Mais ça semble bien pour dénouer des noeuds surtout dans le dos. Faut seulement qu' une autre personne prenne le temps de nous aider, pas évident de le faire seule dans le dos.
