I am only 5 feet tall - will the bands be too long for me to get a decent workout - will they stretch and resist?

I'm 6 foot and feel I'm to tall didn't really find them useful and nearly knocked my teeth out when one slipped so Ive put them in cupboard now. 5 foot you could still use them as there is a variety of tension and thickness throughout the bands lol just be careful.

If u add them all together does the kg increase to let’s say the highest tone is 30lbs if do all the bands at once will they add up kg total?
