Resistance Bands with Handles, 5 Level Exercise Bands, 150LBS Workout Bands

I originally purchased this resistance band set after my physical therapist recommended having a set at home — and it’s ended up being one of the most useful additions to my routine. This set includes everything you need to get started: multiple resistance bands, handles, ankle straps, a door anchor, a safety sign for door use, a fascia ball, a carry bag, and even an exercise chart. It’s a very complete kit, especially if you’re trying to recreate PT-style exercises at home. The bands themselves feel strong and reliable. I haven’t had any issues with snapping or weak tension, and the different resistance levels (10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 lbs) make it easy to adjust based on the exercise. I also really appreciate that each band is color-coded and clearly labeled — it makes switching between them quick and easy without guessing. The handles are comfortable and well-made. The foam grips haven’t worn down or fallen apart, even with regular use. One thing I really like is how versatile this set is. I’m 5’1” and my husband is 6’2”, and it works well for both of us. I actually ended up buying a second set of handles so we can use the bands at the same time. The door anchor setup is straightforward, and the included safety sign is a small but important detail to prevent accidents when using the door. Overall, this has helped me stay more consistent with exercises at home instead of relying only on in-office PT visits. I bought this set (along with a large exercise ball and Pilates (magic) ring) so I could continue my physical therapy at home. I’m so glad I did! I’m almost 58 and I can only get into the PT place once a week, as it’s very busy! I’m supposed to do my therapy 4-5 days a week, so this set really helps fill the void and keeps me on track for my healing goals. I can do all of the exercises prescribed to me in the comfort of my own home. The colors are really pretty and not the usual boring colors. The set comes with ankle straps, hand grips and a door anchor so there’s really no limit on what you can do. I enjoy the varying resistance weights and can increase or decrease as necessary. The price makes it really affordable so there’s no excuses. Highly recommended!

Great option when I’m too lazy to go to the gym but still need to workout.

Recovering from a broken clavicle & knee replacement surgeries in the same year really took a toll on my physical activity. My muscle deteriorated and I felt weak. I started resistance training to help with my recovery. The bands have made a substantial difference . The versitality of this kit is exactly what I needed to not only focus on my knee and shoulder strength but my overall physical fitness. The variation in weight resistance helps to improve and grow strength. Moderately priced and I like the pastel colors. Easily portable to take anywhere to stay on track with training. I'm 5'2" so sometimes have to adjust stances to get the resistance needed to make up for lack of height.

Got these because I want to start lifting but don’t want to go the gym. These are great quality and come with useful attachments. Love the range in weight. And comes with a manual that gives ideas for workouts. Great purchase!

I have had these for a couple of years, but haven't consistently used them. That to say, after being properly stored (inside, at rest, in a safe/warm/dry room) and light use, I have had THREE of these bands snap on me out of nowhere during workouts. These were being used for very standard resistance band workout routines, and three separate bands snapped on me mid-use. Considering these have been cared for and not overused/abused, that is absolutely unacceptable. I liked that this was a multipack with clearly labeled, color coded, interchangeable cords, but to have three of them snap during use after very light wear is unacceptable.
