LifeGrip Clear Anti Slip Tape 2" x30Ft Waterproof Grip Tape for Tubs&Shower

I bought some ear buds that are hard to get out of the case unless you grab them a certain way. Thought if I put something grippy on them that would make it easier. At first I thought of using a clear rubber band; but there are holes on sides of the ear buds and the rubber band would most likely block those. But on the one side of the ear buds their are no holes to block so I thought if I got some clear grip tape that would probably do the job. Put a small amount on each ear bud and so far it makes them much easier to get out of the case. Since the tape is clear and I am using such a small amount visibility is not an issue. Not sure how waterproof the tape is because of where I am using the tape that really won't be an issue for me. Seems pretty durable; but since I am using it in such an odd application that it is kind of hard for me to test unlike someone using it on some stairs for example. The size is perfect for my application I just cut two thin strips and applied. Only time will tell if the tape comes loose; but the adhesive seems pretty good so I doubt that will be an issue. Would buy again.

After trying tub mats and no slip stickers, the is the absolute best solution for turning a slippery tub or shower into a safe place. The adhesive works great, lasting a long time. Yet when removed to replace, leaves no marks behind. Being able to cut the strips to different sizes makes it perfect for any tub or shower. Barely can see the strips and not rough on feet or bum, but definitely makes the tub or shower feel safer. No worries about slippage like a tub mat. So simple to install, I just wipe the basin with alcohol, cut the strips to the desired length, and peel and press! Highly recommend the product.

Used this for safety bars in the shower and handles on shower benches and other mobility aids. It is excellent for aiding grip and making the user feel more confident, but with time (4-5 months at the longest) it peels in the damp environment (like most other items in the shower). This, despite cleaning the bars previously to remove all soap scum, etc., let air dry for a couple of days, then dried with a hair drier, let cool and placed the tape. We are buying more to continue replacing it because of the user's satisfaction , but in a year, have already put fresh tape on the safety bars twice and counting. Will continue purchasing it to replace it as it peels away. On the shower floor it lasted much less time and we won't be using it for that area anymore.

I purchased this put on my safety bars in the shower. They have no grip, so if your hands are soapy your hands will just slide down. I put two strips on each one and now I don't have that problem

I bought this after slipping on the stairs while wearing socks. It’s transparent, so it’s not very noticeable once applied, and it does a great job preventing slips. I’m really happy with it.

Bought this for our boat. I cleaned the surface well and even went over it with alcohol. Installed the tape. Within days it was peeling back off. Down to 2 strips from 6. Just does not stay on.

This product is a lot less abrasive than my other strips. My tub is a deathtrap and a serious accident waiting to happen. I bought the two inch wide item because I liked the idea of more space being covered. It's easy to install, clear, and didn't discolor in the short time I had the strips in. I received the product December 1st, 2021. I removed traded out some of my old treads for these about a week later. 2/3 of the strips started lifting after about two weeks. I left them alone until they started slipping too much for my liking. I replaced them this morning. You can see in my pictures the new strips compared to the old brand I had. The old brand discolored but those have been in for probably 6-8 months minimum, so it's to be expected.Overall, I probably wouldn't recommend for a very smooth tub. I can't speak to other uses. The texture is great. It’s not sand, so it’s perfect for indoor and for ppl who walks barefoot.The adhesives seems fine. And it’s actually less visible once it’s installed.
