No enzymes, lots of sodium-based compounds (sodium hypochlorite, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide, cetyl betaine, sodium xylene sulfonate, sodium orthosilicate, sodium carbonate and water).

Is it really safe for all pipes?

As for as I know. I have used the professional strength liquid-plumbr and got better results with no pipe problems

I have a clog about 10 feet from the drain. Will the gel travel down the pipe that far and treat the clog ?

I always had great results from Liquid Plumr, however, this time it did not work for me. Had to have my son in law use a snake on the drain. The Liquid Plumr just wouldn't cut through what he said was a grease clog in the kitchen sink.

Can you use this if your main water swear drain is clogged?

I doubt it. Main sewer lines need something mechanical to clear them, I.e. a drain snake.
