Shelf life once opened? One reviewer said 2 days, which doesn't sound right.

That 2 day shelf life cannot be correct if the lid is put back on. The stuff is lousy though and I would not buy it again ever. Very little broccoli in it and just a small amount of tiny, tiny pieces.

Can this be canned in smaller jars after opening
