How can i return this shoe? it stated to order a size up. i did and the shoe is way too big. i need the process for returning this flip flop sandal.

Depending on how you bought them if by Amazon you can return them however if it's a second hand distributor it maybe different

Are these made out of the Adidas Cloudfoam? Or are they as soft?

No they are not cloudfoam. They are an excellent flip flop. Thus I give 5 stars. Compared to cloudfoam. These have less than 1/4 of foam. Then 1 inch of “flexible” pvc base. Do not confuse flexible with soft. Crazy soft?. That’s a wild exaggeration. I rate cloudfoam at 10. These are at best a2 or 3. Great product but not Soft!

Are these waterproof?

Waterproof? Well I've worn mine in the rain and they were fine. Durable and comfortable.

Is it machine washable?

Most likely they would just float. Got rid of mine because the sole holds odor.
