Bar,88% Premier Cru

Being diabetic, finding "real" chocolate that is delicious and nutritionally sound is difficult.......this one is just that HANDS DOWN.............used to be able to buy locally but no longer........thank goodness for Amazon...........I recommend it to anyone who enjoys a GOOD dark chocolate......

I guess I'm one of those people without a refined palate as mentioned by other reviewers who clearly have more discerning taste buds, because I didn't care for this chocolate much. It seemed waxy and not as smooth as other fine dark chocolates I've had (such as Amedei). I wouldn't order this again.

i just received my chocolate bar. While it was a deal of the day purchase, i didn't expect to receive a open, foil removed, old chocolate bar just flopping around a unpacked box. for 2 bucks i didn't really expect it to be the freshest stock, but i was willing to give it a try. its not worth fooling with shipping back. pretty disappointing.

It's good if you like chocolate that's not sweet. Truly a bittersweet, but the texture was very smooth. Not sure if I would go out of my way to order again, but it was pretty good.

Bought some for christmas for my granny, she loves having a few pieces with her coffee. She also is happy that it is healthier than regular supermarket chocolate.

Delicious and amazingly over-priced.

Not so bitter, not so into the taste.

For some this might be just right. For me it’s extremely cocoa. Need more sugar. :) God is good. All the time. Thank you Amazon.com.
