Supershieldz Designed for Samsung Galaxy Note 5 Tempered Glass Screen Protector, Anti Scratch, Bubble Free

I've gotta tell this story. Yesterday I placed my Galaxy Note 5 and my appointment calendar on top of my car while doing some cleanup work in the garage. Now, everyone knows what happened next. I drove out of the garage and turned on the street and papers started flying and I hear my phone sliding off the car. Bottom line - my phone was lying face down in the street and had tire tracks on it where it had been run over by traffic. It looked terrible. The glass had cracks all over the surface but amazingly the phone seems to be woking just fine. The cracked glass was from the screen protector and the phone glass was not damaged. So, needless to say I am reordering this same screen protector.

I have been using this screen protector for 2 months now and I have had 0 issues with it on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 N920 32GB Black . The screen protector installed easy and I had no issues removing the bubbles . The screen protector is thicker than your traditional finger print prevention type of screen protectors. I am using the Supershidldz with Galaxy Note 5 Case, OBLIQ [Naked Shield][Clear] - with {**NEW/Revised Version**}Kickstand Thin Slim Fit TPU Bumper Hard Hybrid Shock Resist Protective Clear Case and it is only 0.1 mm from being level with the edge of the case. I point this out because if the phone falls flat on the ground the distance between the case and the screen protector is very small and may not prevent the phone screen from hitting the surface, but the supershieldz is suppose to protect you device from impacts. Lucky, I have not yet dropped my phone on a hard surface to test out how well the products works. It is just a matter of time until I do and I will update my review to let you know how it preformed. The only down side to the product is the cost in my opinion.

I do like this product. It feels nice when you are writing or tapping on it. One of the reasons I purchased this was because one of the reviewers posted a video on how to apply the screen. It was quite easy to apply and was easy to adjust. I paid really close attention to not having any dust on the screen and still found 1 small piece of dust after I applied the screen protector. I just lifted it off and used the dust remover strip to remove the piece of dust. Then reapplied. I had to do this on both mine and my husbands phones. The one thing that you just have to get used to is the fact that the screen protector does not go all the way to the edge of the phone. There is a gap between my screen protector and the edge of my phone case/protector. Other people commented on this as well. The edge of the Note 5 curves and that is why the glass cannot go to the edge. You want to make sure you center the protector on your phone, but all in all it's a good product. I would purchase it again.

Super easy to install and works absolutely fine with stylus. Even works with the nifty Note 5 function, of writing while home screen is off. Comes with one tempered glass, one alcohol swab n one little microfiber cloth. I'm no expert but installation was extremely fast and bubbling was a barely there, minimum. You can use the microfiber cloth to push the 1 or 2 teenie tiny bubbles out, that u may have. I recommend lining up everything before installing. Noticing the carved out section for the front facing cam, lines up with the glass and straightening everything from that starter point. A good ending point would be seeing how well it curves around the home/fingerprint button. The sides will line up perfectly, when those two points are secured. It seems an ever so slight hair thicker than that home/fingerprint key, which may sound bad but trust me: When you use the phone, you'll realize it's a great thing!! For you feel even that key is somewhat protected from abrasions. My only gripe is, I do notice fingerprint smearing, which I absolutely hate. This is my first tempered glass and I assume there's no getting around that part. Maybe I shouldn't constantly be lotioning up my hands!! I decided not to remove a star, for the fingerprint smearing. Due to my thoughts that every tempered glass will have this issue and the simple fact that I luv to moisturize!! Hahaha

This product is very simple to install and fits seamlessly to the Galaxy Note 5. The kit comes with an alcohol wipe, microfiber cloth, 2 dust remover stickers, and 1 glass screen protector. I first cleaned the phone with the alcohol wipe, wiped it off with the microfiber cloth, and then used a dust remover sticker over the entire surface of the screen. After cleaning the phone, I lined the glass screen protector up and placed it flat upon the phone. It will gradually "suction" to the screen of the phone - this is a huge improvement from the sticky plastic screen protectors that you had to gradually apply and almost always resulted in a few bubbles. There was one air bubble left over after the glass protector suctioned to the screen, and I was easily able to slide it out through the periphery with my microfiber cloth. The glass protector is exceptionally clear and feels just like the phone screen. I have not noticed any color distortion with this product. There is about a 2 mm margin between the edge of the screen protector and the edge of the phone, but I did not feel this to be terribly noticeable. I think the margin is actually a perk because it prevents you from applying the protector too close to the edge, which would inevitably prevent the edges of the protector from laying flush against the screen. I would absolutely purchase this product again in the future.

Good quality. Thick tempered glass. Nice and clear. Not sticky to the touch, like some of the other ones. A little smaller than my screen. It says it's because the note5 has a curved screen. It works. Probably would not have noticed if it hadn't said it.
