Will this replace the ever pure H-1200 set?

It’s not a replacement but a good alternative. I used the Ever pure I2000 2 for my church ice maker needed to change out the old one and the price had doubled so I looked at the aqua crest because I used them at home in my GE fridge. They worked great, The taste of the ice is great and is very clear.
