I'm looking for ladies underwear that has full coverage and a cotton lining in the crotch. Will these ample in the crotch and not bind up?

These have full coverage and do not ride up or scrunch up in the crotch. There isn't extra lining in the crotch but it is wider than most. I love these and keep buying more.

Anyone notice that the label tag that is sewn into the waistband wears out after 4 or 5 washings? The rubber is exposed and gets worse over time.

I have worn these for a very long time and never had a problem. I always wash them on gentle cycle and in warm water. Haven't had a problem.

Jockey used to make a size 4 which fit me. Now a size 5 is the smallest and wonder if they'll fit - I'm a size 0, 98 lbs.?

I think the 5 will fit you because they're all cotton and shrink down in the dryer. I'm about the same size as you and ordered the 6. I bought 3 packages of them. One of the packages had three pairs that seemed to be cut larger than the others. I'm still working on shrinking them down. The others fit fine. Hope this helps.
