I looked at several rope ladders and bought this one. I'm glad I did. It's strong, smooth, and well made.

The only reason I did not give this a 5 star review is that the stakes come right out of the grass, get lost and mowed over. There needs to be a better system for anchoring these down, but can still remove for mowing purposes.

This is a very sturdy ladder. I'm not worried about it snapping when my grandson uses it. We only have a tiny tree in our yard but this ladder, along with a small wooden platform, gives my grandson access to his own secret hiding place. It is an inexpensive item that will give years of entrance to a child's imaginary world.

This items description says it's 16 inches wide to step on. The one that was sent me was 15 inches wide. I bought it based on the description. It also came with no instructions. There is a loose piece of white rope that we do not know what it is for. We are still trying to figure it out.

I purchased this because the swirl slide we had on our playground set cracked and was unsafe. We took it off and in it's place put this rope ladder. It worked perfectly! My kids are 8,5,3 they can all climb it with it secured at the bottom. It took them s few shaky climbs to get comfortable but they love it and it sturdy. The rope is thick and heavy the stakes are nice and do work but I have soft sandy base under the playground so it does eventually get loose. Only a few minutes to set it up. The price is good for the product you receive.

I haven't actually use this yet, but I will be using it has a removable ladder to get to the sitting area at the top of my campervan. I have to say though just by looking at it it seems extremely solid, the rungs are quite a bit thicker than I was expecting which will be nice for stability. I did buy some professional carabiners to use instead of the ones that came with the ladder, but that was just personal preference, the ones that come with ladder seem like they would be fine.
