Quality thermistors at a great price
These thermistors are made very well and are a great value for the price. I know these can be used in air conditioners and such, but I ordered these for use in my PC build. The two-pack worked out nicely. The connector fits perfectly into the PC motherboard 2-pin temperature sensor header, which is how I hooked up the first one. The second one was a replacement for a sensor that feeds a read-out on the front of the case. The temperature readings are accurate. That being said, speaking from experience, if you are looking for thermistors to use in a PC build, get the flat ones unless you are specifically seeking these barrel-shaped probes. The shape of these probes make it difficult to fit in the very small spaces seen in computer components. But thatโs not a strike against these thermistorsโฆ they certainly work as advertised.

perfect replacement
Needed a sensor that was no longer available for an older, but nice, air-conditioning unit. The sensor that registers the temperature of the a/c evap. coils. Better known as a thermistor. The one needed was rated at approx.10K resistance. This replacement was the only option available unless I was willing to spend a lot of money for an assembly that had a lot more parts than needed.Using this as a replacement required removal from the plug end and inserting the wiring into the original plug end assembly. An easy task when done properly. Its resistance range was perfect for my needs.Come in double zip lock bags and is 15.5" in length. Just 1" shorter than my original which had enough slack to allow the use of this sensor in its place. Just plug it in, route the wiring and set the sensor end into the cavity made to receive the probe. (Which was exactly the same as the original.) Couldn't have worked out better. Now the Air Conditioner is up and running fine. Just in time for the hot Southern California weather.

Good to have a spare
Used 1 to correct the issue, good to have a spare very common part

These work for Daikin units; Daikin doesn't work for you.
After consulting the resistance chart for my unit, I bought these 10K ohms thermistors for a Daikin mini-split heat pump system even though the unit still has five years left on a 10-year parts warranty (the 5-year service warranty expired) because Daikin's customer service is non-existent for end users and homeowners and Daikin parts are generally not available anywhere online. They are only available through Daikin authorized HVAC business service entities and dealers so one would have to have call one of these companies either to obtain the part with a labor charge or have one of the service company's technicians come out and do the simple swap out of the part and pay that freight. Either way it would be about $80 or more at a minimum. The heat pump system has not worked very well either. So, after this experience, I would add one should probably avoid Daikin products altogether due to poor product performance and absolutely no viable customer service. In fairness though, I did find a cooperative local service company that would obtain the part for me but would charge $80 (understandable). Back to the thermistor โ Apart from the matching specs, the picture of the item appeared to be a match for the original OEM part; however, when I received it, I found that the diameter of copper tube as indicated in the product description was 5 mm (I measured it with a micrometer and it was actually 5.2 mmr) as opposed to the diameter of the OEM part, which was 4.5 mm, which I did not know when I made the purchase. The thermistor would therefore not fit into the housing where it needed to be on the mini split unit. In addition, the connector on the end is slightly different than the OEM one; however, I was still able to utilize the product as the thermistor just needs to make good contact on the upstream side of the inside unitโs coil. Accordingly, I attached the copper tube to the coil using several wraps of 20-gauge copper wire for good contact and conductivity, and then ground/filed/scarped off on the outside of the plastic connector a small nub of a guide protrusion that made it difficult to plug it in. The wire length was ample. In the end, it worked perfectly and I only spent $6.49 plus tax for two thermistors and got it the next day instead of paying at least $80 and waiting several weeks for the Daikin system to make the part available. Thank you UXCELL! The Houston Astros need to change the name of their ballpark.

Came broken
I purchased this, knowing that the quality was gonna be less of the manufacturers, but was hoping to gain a few days until the real one arrived. As soon as it got here, I opened it and hook my voltmeter up to it to check the resistance, and I have an open circuit short itโs a piece of junk. Iโm a firm believer in you get what you pay for, but I was hoping to get something.

So far so good
Great alternative for my mini split ac. Just had reason to use this part as my ac was throwing a f2 error. I'm a 60 yr old woman and it was easy to change out the old temp sensor for this one. So far so good, ac working as it should now. Great price for this twin pack.

Works great
Used to repair Rheem hybrid water heater which seems to eat thermistors (this is the third replacement in 4 years). Still working after 6 months.
User
Reliable and accurate sensors
The probes work as expected. High sensitivity and good build quality. The length is exactly as described (15.7 inch). Good value for a 2-piece set.

works great
they work fixed my problem on my 80 Gal Rheem heat pump water heater, conectors don't fit, had to splice them in.

Good quality product
Product as described, quick delivery in good condition.

Beware it's not copper
Used in a pc watercooling loop and after a few months began to break down with pink corrosion contaminating the water. Copper doesn't go pink.. Not fun to clean it up
