Q: Is this 104 lumens as the picture suggests? 139 lumens? or 200 lumens (which is what maglite.com say the xl50 is supposed to be?

I received two XL50s with my order. One was labeled 139 lumens and the other 200 lumens. Otherwise, the packaging and flashlights are identical. I can detect no differences in brightness between the two. They are very bright. Unsure why varying lumens are listed among different website descriptions for the XL50. Mine appear to be identical.

Q: What are the actual product dimesions? This listing shows the size of the package which I could care less about

Don't have a ruler handy so here's reference points... The diameter is about 1/16" larger than a US quarter, and the length is about 1/4 inch longer than an iPhone. Hope that helps.

Q: Can I use an 18650 battery instead of the 3 aaa batteries

No, you have to use the 3 cell battery pack, Becuse of the controller in the rear cap

Q: Will this hold up on a weapon?

100% YES! it's a 1" diameter holder, plenty of options there too. Some of the weapon lights on Amazon are complete crap. Either buy something around the $100 plus price point or the xl50 and a less than $20 rail mount. Boom.
