The Best I Have Taken
After taking these for over a year now, I can say this is the best mineral supplement I have ever taken. I am constantly fighting to keep my electrolytes up because climate, meds, and abusing my body. A side benefit to taking these is I rarely get sick anymore and my allergies have an improved a bit...maybe the trace minerals or just because the complex fills in the gaps. The quality of the product as well as its efficacy makes it worth the cost. Highly recommend.

So far I like them, Much easier taking 2 tablets each day vs taking many individual pills. Been taking for 2 week and feel good which is normal. The important message is no side effects, they seem to be pure and free of poisons.

Couldn't even finish the bottle.
I honestly hated taking these. The pills are huge, chalky, and have edges that catch on the way down. I have taken trace mineral supplements before that I really liked, and I could tell the difference after only a few days. With these, I noticed no difference. This combined with them being hard to swallow was enough to make me stop taking them.
