IT WORKS!
I had seen this last year and was not really sure what it was about and since it had mixed reviews I did not chance it... That was a mistake! After having both my 8.5lbs babies +18 years later, lets just say that area was a bit loose. Many years of going to my gyno appointments having the best option being surgery was not ideal either. This last visit my gyno had reco'd Revive to me for this issue. So I bought it, not really knowing what it was about but giving it a shot this time. What a game changer. No more soaking 2-3 tampons per day and no more leaks!!! I am just sorry that I did not try this sooner. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and other than actually being on my period, no more tampons or anything that entails. One review did say not to push it too far up as that might not be comfortable, so I keep that in mind when using, so all is great. I have zero discomfort and can not feel it when using it. I know everyone's body is different, but for me this works great!!!! At least, give it a try, much more cleanly & saves money at only $1/day. I will say make sure to wash it thoroughly with soap and water each day to keep the best hygiene health.

I HATED this
worst thing I ever tried. I have been using Poise Impressa mainly for support of a prolapsed bladder. It worked perfectly for me (although it's purpose is for bladder control I just needed the support). I have been unable to procure impressa, something about supply chain, so I thought I would try this. It was absolutely horrible. Similar to some of the medical pessary in that it was painful, too long and did not sit correctly. HATED it. Removed it immediately.

Good substitute for Poise Imprezza.
This took a little practice but It works well and is easy to use after the first day of use. It performs well to reduce incidences of incontinence of urine. Easy to clean too.

Simple but not practical
I sure hope plenty of research went into this bladder support. I cannot tell if it works or not, i am not able to tolerate daily wear, inserting was a challenge to keep it flat and facing up as it twists sideways, once in it is comfortable and cannot feel it at all, HOWEVER once you take it out the vagina rim feels like you had very painful sex and did not realize until "the morning after", Thus i am not able to reinsert until few days later which defies the purpose. When inserted properly it does work 100% I was dry and felt like a miracle, based on my observation it maintains whatever it did inside for 24 hrs without putting it in days in a row, however if you did not insert properly it squeezes all the pee out like WTF I almost gave up. It hurts to push it inside the vagina as it does not deploy smoothly like a tampon, the first time i leaked worst than ever, waited a week for the pain go away then sitting on the toilet I inserted and pushed and pushed and sucked it up, then the results were no pee drop all day, i had also pre-pushed it past the opening of the applicator otherwise it goes to the back of the vagina without deploying and it is a lot of gymnastic to try to hang on to the applicator and pushing on the plunger...i do not who they tested these on but considering older ladies are having incontinence issues I do not see how an average older lady will deal with all the positioning and insertion strategies...the concept is simple but not practical.

Works better than the throw away, for me.
I am a cancer survivor and was using another product that is now out of stock, so I order this product. Some of the reviews made me wonder if it would work for me, but I felt that it would be worth a try. I was pleasantly surprised at who well it works for me. My only complaint is that the incert tool did not work for me, it is easier for me to incert it like a diaphragm.

10/10 Game changer! Try it!!!
First. I am a teal person leaving this review. After 65 I had nightime leakage that got worse. Went through 2-3 overnight pads. Terrible. Tried Uresta product. Another insertion device. It got lodged and I had to go to urgent care to have it (painfully) removed. I started using this product a week ago nightly. It inserts easily like a tampon w the applicator. You cannot feel it once in. I used recently on a flight and it saved me. I still need to potty more than I would like but zero leaks. I did wear a pad on my flight in case. I use at night and am able to sleep now for 4 hours without having to go. Very very easy to pull out w the attached string. Again. Think tampon. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. Yes. Buy now. Go.

Leak-free running!
I’ll first say that I’m an OB/GYN and have treated many patients with stress incontinence. I bought this product on the advice of a pelvic floor physical therapist, who determined that I have some urethral hypermobility and pelvic floor muscle fatigue. I prefer to run in the morning, and I was clenching my pelvic floor muscles and then they’d tire out and I’d have stress incontinence leaks for the rest of the day when I’d cough or sneeze. I’ve started using this device for workouts and I’ve noticed a difference right away - it’s helped with the feeling of “heaviness” I used to get while running, and has nearly eliminated leaking later in the day. It’s got step-by-step instructions and I found it relatively easy to insert. It’s comfortable while in place. It’s silicone so pretty easy to clean. I don’t imagine it would work as well for different anatomy (like severe prolapse), but hard to know until you try it. The inserter device is larger than a tampon applicator, so if you have difficulty placing tampons, this might be challenging. I think it would be possible to use a water-based lubricant to make insertion easier if that were an issue (don’t use silicone-based lubricant as that can affect the integrity of the silicone device). All in all, this is way less expensive than a traditional pessary or surgery, so probably worth a try for mild stress incontinence. I will definitely be recommending this as an option for patients.

I want my Poise Impressa back!
The only reason I have to use this is because Poise Impressa is being discontinued! It would be nice to have a product that is user friendly but instead the insert once the product is put in place gets taken out by the insert! With Impressa you put it in your nice and don’t have to keep trying! This product you go to put it in and the insert takes the strings and pulls it back out! We women need a product that works! Not one that we have to hope and pray it stays in our pin insetion! Not impressed but I guess I’ll have to keep buying it until something like Pose Impressa comes back! Do better!
