Effortlessly Dice and Chop
This onion and vegetable chopper is a versatile and efficient kitchen tool that can make food preparation quick and easy. The chopper is made of high-quality materials and has a sturdy construction that can withstand regular use. It features a sharp stainless steel blade that cuts vegetables with precision, and the chopper's design ensures that the vegetables are uniformly diced or chopped. The chopper also has a non-slip base that provides stability during use, which is a useful safety feature. One of the best things about the onion and vegetable chopper is how easy it is to use. Simply place the vegetable on the chopping surface, press down on the lid, and the blades will quickly and efficiently chop the vegetable. This is particularly useful when dealing with onions, as the chopper can chop the onion quickly and without causing any tears. Another advantage of this chopper is how easy it is to clean. The chopper comes apart easily, and all of the parts are dishwasher safe, making cleanup a breeze. Overall, this chopper is an excellent addition to any kitchen. It is a versatile, efficient, and easy-to-use tool that can save time and effort when preparing vegetables. If you are looking for a high-quality vegetable chopper that can handle onions with ease, this is an excellent choice.

Using this daily
I paid $22 for this in June 2023. I only tend to use one blade so far, a grid to dice apples etc. It’s nicely constructed, heavy duty, takes punishment. super for me I have to slam the lid really hard ( very noisy, scares the cat) and this is items that have already been sliced up to fit the machine, but it’s still quicker, even, and a better result than hand dicing. Very easy to cut yourself on the metal grid when you’re removing it for cleaning, but that might just be me otherwise loads of attachments absolute pain in the bum to clean, I’ve seen these elsewhere a lot cheaper, but I don’t know if they’re comparable.this ones e is a tough guy

Hold the phone!!
HOLD THE PHONE!!! Before you read the rest of the initial review please read this UPDATE!! Ok , so yes it cut my fingers , I really love this tomato salad that requires tons of dicing, hate doing it by hand, so got this contraption out and gave it another go! GLAD I did! The trick is to make your slices not to thick, do one at a time and really wack the top down! No light touch on this, you GOTTA BE THE HAMMER! It worked great on the Cuke , Tonato and Purple onion… my summer is SAVED! I was excited to get this diver/slicer to assist me in fine diving of cuke, tomato and onion for summer salad. Putting it together I knocked three fingers and let me tell you I NEVER felt it till I saw the blood! Totally my bad, and I thought great it will work really well on my veggies. NOPE! I used the small dicing disk which should have made small chunks but on the bike it made long strips so I had to re dice by hand. Next the Roma tomato’s turn. This is a summer salad and I didn’t peel the tomato’s… HUGE MISTAKE! The peel did not want to cut and ended up getting stuck in the cutting fisk ( good thing they give you a pick tool otherwise I might well be fingerless), next the purple onion! Now this veggie I cut in slices and even tho I removed the onion skin and two layers it still resisted cutting some of the rings.. not sure why! Of the three the onion cut the best in small pieces( for the most part) . I have not tried the other disks yet so will keep this mandolin hoping they work better than my attempts with the small dice disk. I do have a healthy respect for handling these disks now. If your wanting this to do small dicing jobs ai would not recommend it. It is pretty sturdy tho, and it does store compactly, and the cutting edges seem razor sharp. It still gets only 3 stars from me as it did not work for my intended purpose. There are no directions either FYI

not dishwasher safe!
The bottom (the clear part) container warped in the dishwasher, after many uses. I loved this chopper and used it for many things, especially dicing tomatoes for the Hello Fresh kits, and cubing potatoes. At first the tomatoes were no problem, but over time, it stopped working for them and would just smash them. It still cuts firmer vegetables like onions and potatoes, but you really have to slam it closed, so at this point (six months from purchase), I am going to retire it. My usage: I only really used the dicing and cubing blades. I found the slicing blade to slice very thin, too thin for most practical uses (get a dedicated mandoline with an adjustable blade if that is the main feature you are looking for). If you’re trying to process your Hello Fresh potatoes, the cube slicer is your BFF. The slicing slicer will make the potatoes paper thin and you do not have enough baking sheets in your house to lay those all out to roast them. So use the cuber attachment and then you can use the container to add your oil and seasonings, before putting them on a sheet pan to roast. Makes such easy work on sheet pan meals. I also tried the julienne and shredding blades, on carrots, but a box grater worked better for me. Its the dicing an cubing functions that are the greatest, and those blades are deadly sharp! I would often hand wash them, and come up bleeding, not even realizing I touched that blade. Also, oddly enough, the little plastic grater is the greatest thing ever for grating fresh ginger. And isn’t super sharp where you’re going to rip off a knuckle if you slip. Cleaning: So we used this thing 5-7 times a week for the past six months. I often put the clear bottom container and the grey chopping assembly on the top rack of the dishwasher. I usually hand washed the blades. Slowly and gradually, the clear bottom container part (that the main tool secures onto) has warped in the dishwasher, and the chopper assembly will no longer secure onto it. Also, the dicing and cubing blades are no longer as sharp - tomato just gets smooshed into it and you really have to slam it closed for onion and potato. However, it did get almost six months of nearly daily use and washings, and I absolutely loved it at first, so maybe that is reasonable at this price point? I’m giving it three stars because it worked beautifully at first but then I think the dishwasher the best of it, and that really is a lot to expect from a tool like this. Your mileage might vary if you wash by hand or chop other veggies.

Flimsy design easily breakable and doesn't close completely the section where the cutter attaches to the veggies collector. But worst of all it’s missing pieces like the peeler
