How many miligrams of creatine powder would fit in this?

Typically on "average"- "00" holds about 735 mg. "0" size holds about 500 mg. #1 holds about 400 mg. #2 about 300 mg. #3 about 200 mg. I haven't used the 000's with Creatine, but I assume it is finer than the ground herbs I use them for. My husband takes 5 grams of one supplement. I use these 000's to minimize the number of pills he has to swallow. If I really pack the the capsule, tamping down several times & adding more until I can't tamp it down any further - then loosely fill the lid about half full, I can get one gram into each capsule. Would these work for liquids?

I use for my weed n coconut oil I cook and works fine. I do not fill with hot just warm liquid.

how much does 000 capsule hold?

I use Young Living Essential Oils in my capsules. The capsules hold approximately 25-30 drops. Very easy to swallow.

Doesn't say vegan but does say non GMO, preservative free, no additives, gluten free, kosher certified, halal certified. So, I doubt it (if they listed all that why not vegan, plus gelatin isn't usually vegan. )
