Right kind of Calcium
Seems to be working out ok. It is "PURE' just like it indicates in product description like organic. I try to zoom in on many things in products that don't have all these fillers, additives or toxins. It matters what kind of calcium it is also. I do the research and would recommend this product.

Improved my bone density - need Magnesium for absorption.
So, I have osteopenia, and that means my bones are approaching a diagnosis of osteoporosis. I had a scan about a year or so ago, and was advised that I needed to get calcium into my system. I did the research and found out that calcium doesn’t absorb well, so on the advice of my doctor and the Internet, I added vitamin A and magnesium. 1000mg of the calcium, 500mg of magnesium and vitamin A, and a year later my bone scan is actually improved. I’m not surprised my bone scan has improved, because I did the research to find this brand, which is highly rated for its effectiveness.
