The primary function of the card itself is RSA 1024/2048 support for PKI Digital Certificates. In Microsoft Windows this enables signing as well as encryption using 3DES or AES where the card keys are encrypted by the RSA keys on the card. Any recommendations for getting something printed on one?

The PIVKey is an ISO standard card, with the same size as ID cards (and credit cards). You can get a ID card printer, or use an ID card printing service.

Do these cards support a contactless interface also? that is can i use them with something like a nfc card reader?

Yes these cards are fully dual interface. That is, all functionality accessible on the contact interface is available on the contactless interface as well. Any contactless PC connected reader that supports ISO 14443 can support the C910.
