AMAZING RESULTS. Felt a lift in my mood, energy, cognition & alertness after only 30 or 40 minutes of taking my first dose. The next morning, however, I had diarrhea, so I cut my dose to half of what is recommended. I STILL got great results at half the dose. So that's what I've been taking for a week now, one with breakfast and the second one with lunch. I find that I get a bigger boost from a cup of cocoa than I used to, so I cut back my cocoa consumption in half. I have also found if I take it with dinner, I have trouble sleeping. I highly reccomend this product to anyone who is experiencing "brain fog". Update: One month later I'm still using it and still love it. I simply take two every morning. No GI symptoms & great results. My son loves it, too. He says it helps him keep his focus during the afternoons when his alertness generally falters. BTW, it did not help my sister, so I guess it's not for everyone. I'm glad it works for my son & me.

Purchased the “Memory” supplement (just clarifying as Amazon is asking for a rating on “pain relief”). This seem to be helping my senior father over time, nothing like this will immediately change your memory of course, but he does seem more alert while taking them. He says he feels the difference and requests that I order more when he gets low. He has challenges swallowing any pills, “easy swallow” small tablets, but these are a standard capsule and he hasn’t had any issue. Another plus is that he doesn’t have the aftertaste/burping he gets with many other supplements. We trust the Organic India brand and have been happy with their teas and supplements.

This seems, so far, to be a good product. I'm finishing my first bottle and ordering another. Organic India has always been pure and a good company. I notice a somewhat improved memory, less brain-fog, better focus/attention and overall clarity, so, I'll keep taking it!

It really does work. Just two simple herbs: bacoba and guta kola. I've noticed a difference.

I was feeling foggy and this got my head straight. I have since tried something else, and I don't like it as much. I'll be going back to this.

I think there are many variables that impact memory and brain health. From all the personal research I've done I've come to believe that it's likely the presence of certain things are more likely to be detrimental to most people's brain health than what may be missing. Most of us - even if we eat organic and drink filtered water - have fluoride and mercury and other toxins in our brain. Our environment is full of glyphosate, pesticides, etc. Our soil and the water our food is watered with are filled with toxins. I noticed the biggest improvement in my brain functioning when I did detoxification as opposed to adding this product to my regimen. But if you have already done all the detoxing you can do, maybe you might want to add this and see if it helps.

I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome (ME), both of these conditions cause brain fog. Kind of like being on cold medicine all the time. This was a life saver when I found it. I take it daily and although I'm still not at a "normal" level I can function and hold a job, drive a car etc.
