This parchment paper is very thin! Supposedly 45 gsm! Company says it's 200 sheets per box and good to 450°F. The box I received has 250 and states that it's good to 480°F. I don't trust a brand that gives conflicting information!

I love this product. I make my own hamburgers, usually 30 at a time and these square sheets are invaluable for stacking between the patties to be frozen, and then once frozen, allow easy access to one or two at a time. They are also useful for baking as I slip a few squares in between my home made cookies so they can be stacked in a tin.
