Really like this product it is solid and of good quality. It is steady and strong. It was packed very well in a cushion packed box. It would make a fine gift. It was a little expensive but well worth the money. The balls swing for a nice length of time and that is the part that I like the most. I own 2 of these gadgets but my other one did not come from this company and it doesn't swing as long. Everyone in my house likes it too; they keep touching it every time they walk by. It is also very beautiful to look at the balls are shinny and they make a nice little clinging sounds each time the balls touch one another; which brings about a very calming effect when listening. I am very happy I bought it and I would most definitely buy again!!!

Was stationed in Germany and bought it at an international Bazaar. Over the years it got tangled from moves and I threw it away. Nice to have one again. I will state that my original one cost about 12$ and WAS much sturdier! The Steel Balls were quite heavy and the base platform was the same. However, I enjoy having one for when anyone is "stressed" as it seems to help calm!

Nice toy. Quality could have been better it seems but overall happy just feels a little light and fragile but is holding up well and fun to play with.

As soon as i opened the box I was pleasantly surprised with its packaging since I had researched and read many reviews on many different Newton cradles the 2 complaints that stood out were the cheapness of the item and the fact the strings were a tangled mess when first opened therefore rendered useless. This item was packaged in such a way that the strings could not become tangled during shipping or while opening. It was extremely easy to put together I didn't have to attach the strings myself I only had to stick the poles into theirs holes and enjoy I haven't had any issue with the weight of the balls either, they are heavy enough to propel the rest of them and it stays swinging for longer then I had expected. Very happy with purchase!

Do not buy! Product not made well at all. String broke and the rest all tangled.

This isn't the best quality but for the price I am still extremely happy. Balls are shiny, it works okay, and it looks fantastic. But the Plastic wire suppending the balls were bent straight from opening the box, the plastic can not straightened from what I have tried. as you can see in the picture, one ball is fairly misalligned and can cause the balls to wobble. The length of the wire on both sides of the ball look good but one side is always a bit more tight then the other and can cause wobble (break cycle pattern and diverge into chaotic motions).

This cradle is nice but was to big for my small desk space. The base is solid but to my suprise the strings were thin and plastic however, If your looking for a large size cradle this is it.
