Works great, easy to use, good build quality. As maintenance it’s a very quick and versatile wire stripper. Like the holder that catches the stripped wire end.

It took a little practice to figure out how to use the sheath stripping; but once you understand it, it works quite quickly. The small wire stripping section is a convenient tool, although it needs another smaller gauge hole

It works great on single 16 gauge to full 7 wire trailer cable with old hard casing. I love the self turning blade. My only complaint is that it didn't come with a spare blade, and the blade height adjustment is right where you grip it with your fingers and there's no lock so you have to be careful not to adjust the blade while you"re using it since it adjusts super easy

I’ve had this for a few months now. It’s easy to use and works well. I also have there #5 strippers which are now my go to strippers.

Not very well made imo but it works as described. I probably won’t be using it often but it will come in handy on occasion.

I've never used this type of wire stripper for the more thicker gauge wire but I was using 4 gauge and really couldn't afford to loose too much length because I cut too deep with a knife. There really is a learning curve using this tool but I got the hang of it by my 3rd cut. I watched a video and then used a scrap wire to practice on. I did see some complaints about spiral cuts but noticed that this only occurred if I went one direction, then went back the opposite direction on the same cut. Just spin one direction. I don't like the location of the adjustment wheel. It's right were you grip the tool and can change the depth. I had to remind myself of this on each cut but got the hang of it as I was moving along. Deduction for this but understand why, they added a nice wire striper for smaller gauge wires in the butt of the tool. Overall, you need this tool and will get the hang of it quick. The idea is not to cut down to the wire. You make your cut and then can bend the wire to split it open or "lightly" cut it, (doesn't take much).

Saw this tool on a You tube video. Ordered one right away. IT WORKS GREAT! Works on smaller gauge wires using the stripper door built into the body of the tool and the larger gauge wires cut perfectly clean for 0 on down to stripper gauge size. All your larger cable ends will be perfectly cut if you use this tool that is simple and easy. You need nothing more than this tool for truly professional results. Get one, you won't be disappointed. Decapador excelente de soei cabos até 25mm e foi excelente usar, e na parte de decapat cabos até 6mm muito bom também não faz força nenhuma esse é bom demais pretendo pegar outro futuramente.
