These work very well
Very comfortable, good product and they fit well.

Provide gentle compression
These compression sleeves are soft and comfortable, and they stay put at the middle of my thigh. I wear these at night to prevent swelling and encourage blood circulation. I have been using these for years for chronic lymphedema.

Overall great, except bottom not tight (loose cuff below calf)
Great compression (if sized correctly). Only negative Iโve found is the bottom of the sleeve is loose and not tight, so not getting full compression at very bottom (about an inch or half inch at bottom). The compression is great and theyโve held up well. Iโm 6โ3 200lb with muscular but not weightlifter legs (think basketball and running vs lifting). I wish they made a full length or taller version since these only go about 3/4 up my quad and go just below my calf, but I do have long legs. Was going to give 3 stars because the bottom blouses out and is not tight and theyโre already a little shorter than Iโd like (would like some more compression below calf over Achilles area), but Iโm pretty tall so length can be overlooked for something like this- so gave 4 stars because I DO like them and they feel good when legs are sore or tired from a run or basketball.

Comfortable
The wife had a knee replacement. This seems to help a great deal with preventing swelling while still allowing full movement of the knee.

Pretty much completely eliminated knee pain
I started my running this year a little late. Each time I went out, I'd start to hurt a bit after a mile and would have to stop and walk home (I usually run 5-6.2 miles, at least 4 times a week). That was my fault- I was trying to go too far, too early, not building back up slowly enough. Once I figured out I was building up too quickly, I started doing better, and even after getting back up to 3 miles, my knees still felt off for a while after each run. I got these leggings after a few tries (the first size I ordered was Large which was way too small, surprisingly), and they seem to have fixed everything. I wear them each time I run. They do NOT slide down my leg at all. They don't fall out of place or ride up the ankles, they are pretty firmly locked in place. I no longer get much pain at all if any during a run, and I feel fine afterward. If I get any pain or weird feelings I put them back on and they do help and it goes away! The only problem with them is that they don't really FEEL like they're compressing around the knees themselves. They aren't loose but they aren't very tight there, either. They work either way, but I do notice it feels looser than I'd prefer on my left knee as I run. Review is 3 stars now, because my package came with a reward campaign scratch-off thing that lead to a defunct website, and when I contacted support and mentioned it, they did send me a trinket in response, but have since sent me several messages including after I posted this review asking me to review. I reviewed. Stop messaging me. Not cool.

current evaluation ( will update )
I am a full time latin dance instructor & social dancer in LA county and have a need to wear compression knee and leg sleeves to minimize potential swelling in my one reconstructed knee and prevent further injury for both. Day 1 - right out of the box the material feels comfortable and breathable. walking around there appears no apparent slippage. ( slipping being the biggest reason why im still on the hunt for sleeve alternatives before i go all in on a pair of stoko tights ) Materials rating ( 9.0 / 10.0 ) ... Compression feels a bit less compared to other brands models due to the materials used however not upset over it atm. Will have a better idea of whether or not the compression still performs as desired like other brands i have tried. Compression rating ( 8.5 / 10.0 ) UPDATE : after wearing for daily use compression remained ... taking on and off i notice some stretching at the bottom of the sleeve near calf area however pulling up the sleeves the sleeve seemed more form fitting. im assuming this is happening due to just being worn and re-worn. still no wash cycle yet and performed well after a night of social dancing ( main reason i have these is to protect my knees and prevent swelling ) very minor slipping as expected after a night of dancing but not so much that it drops off my thigh and rolls up .... will now wash & air dry final update : now washed a couple times and used ... noticed notable sizing differential and slippage. as expected of knee sleeves like this unfortunately. maybe a size down would of been beneficial but i have to pull up to make sure the bottom of the sleeve is against my leg and not stretched out. still using them and liking them compared to my other sleeves.

Yes!
I love these so much, Iโm ordering another pair. They are a perfect fit for me and they arenโt too hard to get on. I love the pattern at the knee so it helps to know you have it on right.

Not a lot of compression & doesn't stay in place
I have been dealing with sciatica for the past 5 months and I've been trying just about everything - no exaggeration - to ease the pain. I'm about to speak with someone about surgery, but I wanted to at least ease the pain until then. I googled compression sleeves for sciatica, and read that they "CAN" help. I ordered an XL, only because that's what size I wear in clothing, including pants. On Sunday, I put one of the sleeves on to get a feel for it. It did little to ease the pain but maybe it was because that day wasn't a bad pain day. I noticed that I had to struggle to pull the sleeve high enough to where the grey area actually covered my knee. I also noticed that around the lower calf there was enough room between my leg and the sleeve that I could fit 2 fingers in said space. Monday, I wore the same sleeve to work. Just from walking to the car, and then from the car to the building, the sleeve rolled down from my lower thigh to below the knee. I just took it off when I got to my desk. I skipped Tuesday, but since I had bad pain I decided to use a sleeve on Wednesday. Used the other sleeve, because maybe the other one was too stretched out. Same thing. Immediately rolled and bunched below the knee. It never really helped, so around 4:30pm I took it off. Maybe I bought the kind, or maybe I should've bought a smaller one to not roll and provide more compression. But these I will be returning.
