Will it fit a 2020 crosstrek?

I can’t say for sure but I have a 2014 Impreza manual and I had to go to the hardware store to get a nut to make it fit properly so that it rests against the leather stick guard. Cost 2 bucks

How can you ensure orentation of the top grphic or does it just end up orentated however it stopped screwing in?

mine was perfect i tightened it as much as it goes and its perfect. And also the adapter screws that come with the knob can help if the orientation is off
