Devo ammettere che ho commesso un errore quando ho acquistato due copie di “Mezze: Small Plates to Share.” Inizialmente, ero convinto che fossero due libri diversi, ma ho scoperto che avevano la stessa identica contenuto, solo con copertine differenti. La mia confusione è iniziata quando ho visto la prima copertina, con una varietà di piatti deliziosi e ingredienti freschi. Ho pensato che fosse un libro perfetto per le mie serate di cucina e per condividere piccoli piatti con gli amici. Tuttavia, quando ho aperto la seconda copia, ho notato che era esattamente lo stesso libro, ma con una copertina diversa. Nonostante l’errore, ho deciso di tenere entrambe le copie. Dopotutto, “Mezze” è un libro fantastico! Le ricette sono deliziose e perfette per condividere momenti speciali con le persone care. Little gem of a book
This is a little gem of a book, I have visited Turkey many times and tried in vain to re-create the amazing mezze dishes you find - the recipes in this book taste totally authentic and take me right back to my favourite place in turkey whenever I make one of the dishes....the recipes are easy to follow, the ingredients can take a bit of hunting out but are available in the Uk - give it a try you will not be disappointed.

Well written and easy to follow.
Looks well written and has easy to follow recipes. I love Turkish / middle eastern food and this will serve as inspiration for appetisers and finger foods at parties. What I like is that the book gives recipes for making the base ingredients as well.
