I see pictures of potato flour but the “about this item” description reads about white corn meal and i can make polenta with it?

Hello. There is no corn meal in this product. Unable to make Polenta. This product only has potatoes. Thank you for your message.

Is the potato flour produced in a certified gluten free facility?

We built a dedicated and completely separate Gluten Free Facility with specialized equipment to ensure our gluten free products maintain their purity. Only gluten free products are milled, mixed, and packaged in this facility and our machinery is never exposed to non-gluten free products. We test every incoming delivery of product using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test - ensuring that every product is less than 20 ppm of gluten. Product received at the mill is tested upon arrival and then placed on hold until results are given. After we receive confirmed results that the product tests below 20 ppm it is only then accepted into our dedicated Gluten Free Facility. In addition to testing upon arrival, we test product during processing and after processing, holding each time until results are given. We value your health and trust in our gluten free products! Beginning in 2019, we also offer some products that are certified gluten free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization, a branch of the Gluten Intolerance Group. You can identify these select products by the GFCO logo on the product packages. Other Bob’s Red Mill gluten free products will continue to be tested and confirmed gluten free per our strict gluten free protocols. You can identify these products by the red GF logo and the gluten free testing statement on the product packages.
