Bought this phone having read too many reviews of all simple phones for the elderly. I needed this for my 87 year old father and it did exactly what I wanted it to. The numbers are big and easy to press and the voice repeats aloud the number you press. The charging dock is incredibly helpful, no fiddly cables to plug in. The ring tone is loud. I really do not understand any negative comments. You get a good product for the price you pay. Signal and coverage so far have been great. My father lives in the middle of the countryside where signal quality is terrible, my SMART phone always loses coverage but I have been able to phone him with absolutely no trouble or signal drop out whatsoever. A great phone for anyone who needs help with mobile technology and just wants a basic, big button, easy to use, loud phone.

Fab little phone for my 10 year olds first phone. It has an SOS button on the back so perfect for an emergency situation.. I got the docking station as this was easiest for my kid to remember to charge. (He's dyslexic, forgetful with slight ADHD) I'm not about keeping up with the Jonesizz so this was a perfect fit for us until trust was earned for a slight upgrade! A neighbour was chuffed to know this was available to buy and had me order him one too.

My dad is 88 and not very good with technology. His old big button phone had issues with the charger so I did a bit of research and found this phone. It arrived pretty quickly and was easy to set up. We have only had one issue, which wasn't anything to do with the phone, when he changed a setting accidentally. This made me think that it would be great if the manufactured allowed you to lock some settings so elderly people have as little to work out as possible and don't cause themselves problems. In our case my dad put the phone in "meeting mode" which meant he couldn't hear us calling him.

This was a brilliant phone for my father who was able to use the phone easily and access the buttons easily. Just a three things - I had to stick a label on the charging cradle to remind him to make sure the phone was facing the label - then he got the charging points aligned - if you put it in backwards it won't charge. - I had to turn off the torch because Dad gripping the phone kept turning the torch on at the side button and then he didn't know how to turn it off I had to buy a longer cable for the charger so the charging cradle could be near enough to him

I have had lots of mobile phones over the last 25 years and this was the first time I could not install the SIM card. In fact, the SIM card was destroyed trying to get it into position. Essentially there's a metal bar over the spot where the SIM goes, but you can't open it, nor is there enough space to slide the SIM underneath. The SIM gets ripped up as you try to put it in. Very badly designed. I am now returning it.

Bought this as the first one didn’t survive a water spillage. Ok to done extent but you get what you pay for

My 72 year old mother (who believes she is still 27) wanted a phone that was easy to use, big numbers, not too many confusing features and good to operate. This phone gives all of this, however, I didn't see it coming when she refused the phone because it was for "Seniors" and she said she would be embarrassed to use it in public because of its size and visual aspects! The lesson here then is, if you have a vain senior in your family, who value looks over function, as my mum does, do not buy it for them. However, if ease of use is more important, then this phone is ideal....

I bought this phone for my 71 year old grandmother. The buttons are big enough, she can see them and also hear the numbers when typing the telephone number. The battery last longer than usual phones, about a week and it can be charged by placing the phone in the charger dock provided. The phone display shows in big caracters the time and date. Also it has a lantern function on the side, and sos button at the back of phone. My gradmother is pleased with this phone as she can easily use it without any issues. It was a good value for money too.

Goede morgen, De Artfone-aankoop werd helaas niet ondersteund voor gebruik door het netwerk in het buitenland, en kan daardoor niet gebruikt worden. Vraag of dit toestel geretourneerd mag worden met teruggaaf van het aankoopbedrag, nadat het retour is uit het buitenland. Jammer om de "senior" te moeten teleurstellen.

Un teléfono muy pero que muy fácil de utilizar y que para personas mayores es la mejor opción. Teclas grandes y al pulsarlas reproduce un sonido describiendo que tecla se ha pulsado. Recomiendo su compra! Es ideal para personas mayores que no se adapten fácilmente a teléfonos inteligentes. Tiene un botón de SOS que se puede configurar de varias maneras (alarma, envío de SMS, llamadas...). Radio FM incorporada que no necesita conectar auriculares para funcionar. Gracias!

J’ai acheté ce téléphone à 31 € pour un usage bien précis : servir de téléphone “fixe / pseudo-fixe” à la maison pour mes deux pré-ados, quand papa et maman s’absentent pour de courtes sorties. Le but était simple : qu’ils puissent nous joindre facilement en cas de question, d’inquiétude ou de petit souci. Et pour ça, il fait parfaitement le job. C’est un téléphone basique, oui. Ce n’est évidemment pas un smartphone haut de gamme, et il ne faut pas l’acheter en pensant avoir autre chose. À la base, c’est un téléphone pensé pour les seniors, et honnêtement il remplit très bien ce rôle aussi : écran très lisible grosses touches bien visibles volume correct double SIM station de charge pratique Je vois beaucoup d’avis négatifs de jeunes utilisateurs qui semblent découvrir ce qu’est un téléphone “à l’ancienne”… Ayant connu les Nokia 3310 et le début des GSM, je savais exactement à quoi m’attendre, et je ne suis absolument pas déçu. Pour un usage simple, fiable, sans distractions inutiles, que ce soit pour des enfants, des seniors ou comme téléphone d’appoint, ce petit téléphone fait amplement l’affaire. Très bon rapport qualité/prix si on sait pourquoi on l’achète.

Ein wirklich sehr einfach gehaltenes Seniorenhandy mit wenigen Funktionen. Das Einrichten ist zudem wirklich sehr einfach. Um es als wirklich komplett simples Seniorenhandy zu benutzen sollten jedoch noch einige weitere Einstellungen Vorgenommen werden: z.B. sollten einige vorinstallierte Kontakte entfernt werden, damit wirklich nur die wichtigen und bekannten Kontakte direkt gefunden werden können, ohne dass man sich durch viele unbekannte klicken muss. Auch der Klingelton will gut gewählt werden, da nicht alle "schrill genug" sind, um den vermeintlichen Einsatzzweck zu erfüllen. Die Bedienung ist wirklich simpel und klappt gut! Empfehlung :-)

Semplice, compatto. Adatto per regalo ai nonni (la versione acquistata da me non ha connessione a internet ma volutamente non la volevo) voce quando si schiacciano i tasti, torcia e blocco tastiera laterale comodi. Funzione sos non attivata perché il tasto dietro ho paura che possa essere schiacciato involontariamente. Super resistente agli urti.
