Comfy to wear and gives a bit of relief
This was bought to support my neck as my head was in lots of pain and weighing a ton due to a problem with my neck it was used in when needed and got me through the bad pain while i was waiting for the Mri on my neck I would recommend this as it is soft but sturdy and value for its money

A little difficult to fit to a person with long hair.
The main support seems to be to stop the head flopping forward. It is less effective at stopping the head going backward because that is where the fastening strip is located. I don't think it is supposed to work in any other way, however.

the velcro needs to be longer.
the velcro is`nt long enough, i ordered it a size larger than i needed but it was very difficult to fasten.

Neck support
It does what it's supposed to do. It supports the neck. It really help. Can be a bit uncomfortable but it's doing it's job.
