Very convenient and so easy to pack
I recently went to Vegas and stayed at the beautiful Fontainebleau. It was top notch. The room had a cooling drawer built into the credenza in the room ( basically a fridge in a drawer). I have trouble staying hydrated in Vegas due to altitude and arid conditions. These water bottles were a godsend. I didn’t buy water once in Vegas because I would refill my carry bottle from these that were left filled and chilled. They fold flat, about the thickness of a few pieces of paper. Lightweight and the reinforced plastic with the d ring made toting easy. I loved how the bottom expanded once filled so the bottle then stood upright, although I never had a leakage issue if laid on side. I recommend without hesitation. The sellers I used were very fast. Pleased beyond with service and product.

Great for traveling
Pros: - The bottle part is really great. No leaking from the body or the top - Convenient for traveling. Hook it to a bag or belt, drink the water, roll it up and stash away when empty - I like the strong hole at the top to hook a carabiner to Cons: - The carabiners that come with it are cheap and break easily - The plastic that holds the cap over the mouth piece is pretty weak and can break pretty easily

Plastic taste
Used for hiking the narrows, they are ok. Have a plastic taste but good to use as an ice pack or maybe emergency water when ice melts

RELIABLE STURDY - GOOD BUY
It's a collapsable water bottle and seems to be about the best. Sturdy, reliable no leaks (I test them and if it leaks I seat the lid properly) I tried both boiling and freezing and had no problems. If the bag is too full and freezes the expansion could rupture anything, though. I poured boiling water into two of them and put pressure on them and nothing gave way and there was no distortion. The seams are very thick and sturdy - I used a hot nail to put a hole in the ample bottom seam for the carabiner so I could hang it upside down to gravity feed the large Sawyer filter. No leaks here. It has the same threads as a soda bottle and the Sawyer filters. The cap is a common, quick open-close drinking top but will not interchange with the similar drinking cap on the large Sawyer filter as this one is much deeper. This bottle fits and seals nicely with the input (dirty water side) of the Sawyer filters and with the Sawyer Coupler (SP150) to attach to the output (clean water side) of the large Sawyer filter. On the output, squeeze the air out of the bag then attach and it will gravity feed and automatically shut off when full. You can't hold these flexible bags like a plastic bottle and trying to fill while holding just the small opening is awkward and relatively slow. The handle is a big plus for hanging on backpack, cooking space or tent or for hand carry and dispensing. Also to hold and secure when filling (don't want to see it floating away) Having an aid for filling would be good in some cases. I use my tall 24 ounce cooking pot with a string harness to collect water from ponds or streams without having to bend or stoop.

Good canteen, failure as a squeeze bag for filters.
As much as I would like to give this a higher rating I really can't. I used these on the Pacific Crest Trail with a squeeze filtration system. This matters because the company also makes a squeeze filter system these are used with. As a flexible canteen system I absolutely would use again. It held up to heavy pressure while filled with water inside a very tightly packed backpack with no leaks. In fact I had two of these with regular aquafina lids for caps (I got rid of the sport bottle tops they come with) stuffed in the bottom of my pack with several days of food with no leakage. The problem came with the repeated folding, unfolding, and pressing/squeezing with the filter system. Both bags developed leaks but in different places in the seams. One had a pinhole leak that developed on the bottom gusset where the two sides and bottom come together at a point. The other one got leaks where top seals around the bottle neck. The company was very helpful when I contacted them about the problem. Kudos for the service. I did continue to use the replacements but not for squeeze filtration. I merely used them as additional canteens when I needed to carry a load of water or gather water from streams on trail. If I was rating purely as a squeeze bladder to be used with a filter system I would give them a one star as it failed in that respect. However due to the usefulness as a durable canteen and good customer service I do give it a bit of a kudos for that.

Sturdy, ultra light, no taste or smell - can attach to sawyer filter
Really like these. They hold water great, stand up when full, are sturdy and the top has a loop that keeps the dust cap attached. The pull top allows for you to suck water out, or you can undo the whole cap to attach a sawyer filter or something like that. No smell or taste that i've found. They fold up super small and ultra light.

LEAKY LEAKY
DO NOT BUY these....unless you like leaky things. Used a few times thinking I didn't seat the top correctly, and they leaked more often than not. Screwing on the top shouldn't require Swiss machining precision. They leaked thrice while skiing, which can lead to a safety issue in extreme cold. This pissed me off enough to make me go back and write this review.

Appreciate having these again
I was very disappointed when Platypus discontinued their version of these 1-liter collapsible bottles. I always took two of them full on every hike and liked being able to always 'biner a full one to a front backpack strap at all times to make hydration supremely easy (and they weigh next to nothing empty, whereupon they're foldable and can be stashed anywhere). As I've just purchased them, so far I've only filled one of these new bottles up and pressure tested it (squeezing it). It held up well so I'm expecting good results with them on the trail. Really glad to have found these. (Was also glad to see them recommended by SectionHiker, the backpacking information website.)

Acqua ovunque
Pratiche ed utili, sebbene il materiale non sia morbidissimo, tipo silicone. Comunque molto pratiche, leggere e poco ingombranti.

Really great bottles
These are brilliant. I got these to take skiing to go into my backpack and they are great. Slim but sturdy. The outer cap can be a little tough at times to pull off but it means they don’t leak at all. Really great bottles.
