Whole blueberries

Did some research before buying this brand. A lot of others had too much sugar for me. My goal was to get more anti-inflammatory foods into my daily diet. This one does what I need it to do without any bad ingredients. The flavor is lightly sweet and more of a tartness. They almost melt in your mouth. The can be added to many types of foods like yogurt. The only downside is that being "blue" berries they will make the ends of your fingers blue and my tongue turned dark purple. It was so dark that it was really hilarious. Suggest to eat them late in the day as it takes overnight for that purple to wear off the tongue. Might make a good natural clothing dye. I will keep eating these to make my diet more healthy.

As somebody who has had a lot of wild berries from Finland, I can tell you that these are the real deal. The thing that is great about these is that you can taste that they have been harvested at peak ripeness and brought to the processing facility before they have had a chance to spoil. A lot of berries are wild harvested in Scandinavia each year, and some suppliers are not so great. They are freeze-dried, and do not have any soapy or bad flavor, which means that this company must have a good, clean facility which is paramount...Freeze-drying means no additives are needed to prevent mold, however keep in mind that these are really meant to be eaten with some source of moisture that will rehydrate them (like mixed into a meal). Overall I was surprised by the quality, since European wild berries can be hit or miss, especially in North America. You definitely get your money's worth.

These are dehydrated wild blueberries. They are very good. Somewhat expensive but good quality.

I asked AI - does freeze-drying blueberries destroy any of its nutritional or medical benefits? Overall, freeze-dried blueberries retain most of their nutrients and medical benefits, making them a nutritious and convenient option. These dried blueberries are tangy and crunchy and tasty on my Greek yogurt on days when I’m out of fresh fruit. Also a very nice addition to pancakes.

I had purchased a bag previously. Just opened this last bag and the berries were all hard as a rock! We use them a treats for our dog. He loved the previous bag, but refused to take any from this new bag.

It was as advertised.
