Has anyone filled this with helium? If so, did it float, how long did it last?

I don't know about Helium but is doesn't hold air.

Do we know how wide it is once inflated?

My unofficial measurements : From shoulder to shoulder ~18" The widest part (elbow to elbow) ~21" The circumference of the waist ~29" Hope this helps

Can this be posed in a sitting position?

Not really, you would need to set something weighted on its lap, and not sure that would even work
