Good weight for toning...on the lighter side, but good for someone just starting out to ensure that they get the form down before adding more weight. The grip is not smooth, so no fear of loosing my grip either. I am happy with this purchase, it is exactly what I expected.

Bought these so my 4 year old could work out with her older sister and I. She was feeling left out and these little 1lb weights were the perfect solution. They are very small, great for her little hands, and have a nice rubber coating that makes them comfortable for her.

Great price. Neoprene is slightly sticky, but it hasn't been a problem.

Bought the 1 pound weights because I'm doing some occupational therapy at home. The weights were a pretty good quality and I haven't had any issues so far. They were much cheaper than buying them at my local Target.

Love these! Great for “swan arms,” the 1 lb. is perfect if you’re looking for a safe weight for exercises where you’re doing lots or repetition. If you’re 2-3 lb. weights are painfully pulling muscles in your shoulders, I highly recommend these.

It's amazing how these very light hand weights can help firm the upper body. All it takes is hundreds of repetitions during a walk or a run. They're easy to hold and handle. Most people will find they fit comfortably in their hands, though someone with very large hands might find them a little tight. They seem sold and well made, and I'm glad I bought them.

We use these while shadowboxing to speed up our hands. We do two rounds with the hand weights and two rounds without. You will notice an increase in hand speed on the rounds that you are not using the weights. These weights are good quality and feel comfortable in the hands. They are used a lot by several boxers. They are lasting a long time.
