Do these ship welll? I need them to garnish ceviche for a party and I want to make sure they are not in pieces when they get here.

The are certified gluten-free, but being Celiac it makes sense to see if the facility is also Gluten-free. We're going to ask the manf directly, and will reply here as soon as we find out.
