Man these things are delicious! But man that's a lot of sugar. This is a solid meal replacement bar with genuinely high protein that actually keeps you full when you need something fast and convenient, and the Super Cookie Crunch flavor tastes better than most protein bars in this category, but buyers should go in with eyes open because it is calorie dense and contains a lot of added sugar for a single bar, so it works best as a true meal replacement and not a casual snack, especially if weight loss or blood sugar control is a goal, and while the vitamin and protein profile is strong, it has low fiber.

I absolutely love these bars. They have a lot of protein in them and they’re convenient and easy on the go and I’m out running around and I need to get my protein and I just grabbed one of these as they taste really good. I’m very picky and I love sweets, and this taste really good.

Favorite Flavors: 🔥 Super Cookie Crunch – My go-to! (Super dry) 🥣 Granola – Solid choice for hiking. (As dry as any other granola) 🍏 Apple Pie – A nice change of pace. (Still dry) Pros: ✅ High Protein—Great for keeping full. ✅ Convenient & Filling—Perfect for busy and long days. ✅ Decent Taste for a Protein Bar—Especially my top three flavors! Cons: ❌ A Bit Dry—Not the worst, but keep a drink or shake nearby. Final Thoughts: If you need a quick, high-protein meal replacement, these bars get the job done. This is one of the better flavors they offer. The taste is great without being overly sweet or artificial, which I really appreciate. It’s satisfying, and most importantly, it actually keeps me full between meals. The macros are solid too—high in protein with a manageable amount of carbs and sugar. It fits perfectly into my routine whether I'm post-workout or just need a convenient snack on the go. Definitely a repeat buy for me!

These are a good value and taste pretty good, although the cookie isn’t my favorite flavor. (Apple is!) They tasted pretty fresh, are nice quality and definitely a large size compared to other protein bars. They really fill you up! I appreciate the various flavors and hope to try more in the future.

The MET-Rx Big 100 Super Cookie Crunch is hands down the best tasting protein bar I have had. I have tried a lot of different brands and nothing comes close. Great flavor, good texture, and it actually feels like something I want to eat instead of forcing it down. It fills me up and works well when I need something quick. If you want a protein bar that actually tastes good, this is the one.

Met-RX bars are great! They fill you up, have a lot of vitamins and nutrients and really do great for a lunch/snack on the go, especially if you are in an area with few dining options.
