We like the touch kitchen faucet and got quickly used to it. It looks very nice and slick and has great water flow. Make sure you have an under the sink electric outlet that is not connected to a garbage disposal or you will always have to stick with the battery powered version of the touch faucet. This requires you to exchange the 6 AA batteries about once a year which is really not an issue.

I purchased the Delta Essa Matte Black Touch Kitchen Faucet (9113T-BL-DST) about 3 months ago and I couldn’t be happier with it. The touch feature works flawlessly and makes everyday tasks so much easier, especially when your hands are dirty and you can use your elbow or wrist to turn it on. I especially appreciate the auto shut-off function, which gives me peace of mind if I ever forget to turn it off. The water pressure is great and seems in line with other similar advertised GPS from other faucets. Installation was relatively straightforward, and I’ve had no issues at all with performance. While it didn’t come with a soap dispenser, I was able to find a matching one on Amazon at a great price, and together they look fantastic. The sleek matte black finish adds a modern touch to my kitchen, and the pull-down sprayer is both powerful and convenient. Overall, this faucet has been a wonderful upgrade, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and functional kitchen faucet.

I love this product and have had for a little over 2 years. I noted some rust forming and the pull out hose was not going back up into the faucet. I called customer service and found out that it is a simple fix as the magnet is rusting and they are sending one right out!! Superior customer service and found out it has a lifetime warranty with only a few exceptions. I love the touchless option and still give this exceptional rating as Delta stands by their products as promised!!!!

Install was easy, faucet functioned as expected. That said however, if you used the touch feature to turn the faucet off and didn’t turn the handle off, the faucet would eventually leak back through the faucet flooding the cabinet. Didn’t catch it for a couple weeks since we are not always in the cabinet. The water seeped through the cabinet and caused my hardwood floors to buckle badly. Depending on insurance I am looking at thousands now to replace my flooring. It’s a cool idea, but badly executed, I expected better from Delta.

The touch feature on this faucet works really well. Very responsive and works even with rubber gloves on:) Just have to tap a bit harder. I have had this faucet for a year now and I absolutely love it. It's super convenient to use and I also love the blue/purple/red light to let you know the temperature. The hose is plenty long to reach all corners of my sink and the magnetic docking also works great. We just had to replace the batteries last week for the first time. While pricier than a more basic faucet, this was worth every penny! I highly recommend.

I purchased this back in 2022 and I am generally happy with it. I had a faulty solenoid when I instlaled it and it was replaced by Delta after troubleshooting with their online support. touch is brilliant. The only con was that it started to get rusty where the extendable head meets the faucet - disappointed in that but cleaned it up with some rust away. Works consistelely. replace the batteries probably about every 6 months or so. Overall : very happy.

This is a game changer. It's expensive, but super convenient. Works as expected.

I wasn't sure if getting a touch on/off faucet was worth the extra money, but I love this faucet. Once I got used to just touching it (very lightly) to turn it on and off, I love it. Now when someone turns the water off with the handle and I touch it to turn it on and no water, I have to stop and think. Just turn the handle back on and then touch on, touch off. It's very sensitive though. As I wash my hands, if I barely brush it, the water stops.

設置後1年未満ですが、タッチで止水できません。 電池も新品に交換してます。 ハンドル操作では止水出来ます。タッチ機能が不具合を起こしてます。2年保証なので対応お願いします。

I read a lot of reviews before selecting this faucet. There was one super detailed one about the pros and cons which was bang-on. The things I like are the look & matte-black of the faucet, magnetic snap-in of the pull down sprayer and the water flow/pressure is fine. The install seemed pretty straight forward and done in a reasonable amount of time by my husband who was dreading it and actually found it much easier than anticipated. One of the things that I don't love, but was expecting because of the review, is that the sprayer function doesn't reset when the water is turned off so quite often you get an unexpected blast. There is also a concern about the faucet randomly turning on when you're no where near it. I wasn't too concerned until it was pointed out "what if it turns on when we're out and then doesn't turn off?" Yeah, that could be a bad situation... Also, the rest of the family are mostly annoyed by the "touchless" function and are manually turning off the faucet meaning that I have to manually turn on at least 50% of the time. Also, only the base (below the neck join) "touchless" function works. The neck did work originally and if I position the wires under the sink "just so" but it only lasts a day or two and then stops again. The new issue which has started this week is that the water won't turn on even if the faucet is in the on position and we have to get under the sink and play with the wires to get the water flowing again. Maybe it's low batteries but it's quite annoying if it is after only 5 months when apparently it should last a year. In summary, I wish I had saved the $ and bought the faucet that looked the same without the special features and spent the saved money on coordinating matte-black drawer pulls for the kitchen.

What I don’t like is the touch control as it’s intermittent and annoying. We will be disconnecting that feature if possible.

This product is excellent and performs way beyond my expectations.
