I have used the Chi silk fusion for years and have loved it, now that I’m older, my hair has gotten a little thinner so I needed some volume. I decided to purchase the Chi volume booster. Waste of money. It made my hair, stiff, sticky, no volume to speak of. I had to wash my hair again because it was so sticky. Very disappointed

I am not convinced this is the "real" product. I have loved this product but this purchase fell way short. It did not have the same scent as the original product I have purchased elsewhere. I had to spray twice as much and still did not get near the results I have gotten in the past with another purchase. It is either really diluted or not the same product at all. Very disappointed.

I ordered this product on 11/25 was told it would arrive right away. Never recieved it. Chat with someone on line told me I would have it within 24 hrs never recieved it. I love this product. Very disappointed in Amazon.

It leaves my hair sticky and no volume. It smells good but following the directions of towel drying the distributing evenly and blow drying does nothing. But leaves my hair sticky and feeling greasy. Very disappointed expected way more

It gets super hard like a strong hair spray. I thought this was more of a gentle spray for volume where you could work with it and run your fingers through your hair, instead my hair felt like plastic after using it.

Not sure what's happening with this product; we've been using the CHI Volume Booster for years, but this last two pack that we received is just horrible. Doesn't work at all like before, as if the factory has watered it down or changed the formula. They did come sealed from the factory as usual, so no obvious tampering. We are very disappointed as this was one of our "go to" products -- now we're going to need to locate a suitable replacement that actually works.

Very sticky for fine hair

Too late to return which I should have done when delivered without a cap. It does not have the scent of my older product so I don't think it's what I ordered. Should have never shipped without cap.
