Fun Little Prank Gift
I got this as a joke for my family, and it was honestly a lot of fun. The box is small and easy to hide, which made the surprise even better. The spider popped out just as expected, and the reaction was hilarious. It’s definitely more of a funny gag gift than a serious toy, but that’s exactly why I bought it. If you enjoy harmless pranks, this is a fun little gift for birthdays or just to surprise someone.

Worked great. But no longevity.
Great prank.But doesn't pop out if they open slowly. After playing with it four or five times it stopped being as responsive.And by the time they opened the present, it barely worked. Is still do the job and scared them.But not to my expectations

Little 4 year old delighted to have her own prank box. We have had so much fun.

Very cheap, but fixable prank box
Bought this as a prank for the office. First impressions were not great. The box lid is loose and sloppy to the point that if tipped the lip will simply fall right off. The string and mechanism to pull the spider out of the box was designed well, but poorly, cheaply done. With the length of string that came with the box, the spider does not begin to come up until the lid is over half way off, by then you see the prank and its more of a gag than a scare. I have already replaced the string with a shorter thicker string so the spider pops up as the box is opening instead. Overall good idea, but cheaply made. I dont expect it to last but it will be a funny joke once in a while.

Great gift!
This was a gift for my 6 year old nephew. He loved it! Simple design. Easy to use - drawer top slides back and the spider pops out - spider retracts as you pull the lid closed. The material seems a little cheap or delicate - so you do have to be mindful of that. I imagine if it was dropped it could break easily.

Bought for a 9year old who likes to catch out any unsuspecting visitors, so this was ideal. The postman I believe is still recovering from the fright! Nicely made, handy size and the spider is really 'life like'
