Great brakes
Great brake kit. Drastically improved the braking power and eliminated the brake fade that the oem rotors and pads had on my Tahoe especially when towing my boat.

Great breaks
I've had these on my truck for 3 years and they are great. I have a Suburban that carries over 1500 pounds of equipment every single day as well as my family of five. I drive alot in all terrains, including the highway, congested cities like Chicago and St. Louis, and occasionally mountainous areas and they have worked great. I have never doubted my braking ability. They do not dirty up my wheels like traditional brake pads have. I will be purchasing again very soon as they are finally getting worn out after 3 full years of use.

Worth It (2013 GMC Yukon)
Complete night and day difference. This kit came with everything needed; pad clips with two different kinds for the front for some reason, slide pin covers, anti-seize/lubricant, pads and rotors. The instruction sheet it came with was nice and was easy to follow should you need it. The rotors looked and felt like they were a quality piece as with everything else in the kit. After following the break-in directions and about a thousand miles on them, they are significantly better than stock. Once these brakes get warmed up, they grab real nice and stop so much quicker than stock and don't vibrate when stopping from higher speeds. They also look nice since the rotors are very visible through my rims. The only negative thing I have to say is the brake dust. But, this is to be expected with any pad that is more aggressive due to the compounds used in them. It's not an excessive amount, but is noticeable. Overall, I really like them and felt it was money well spent.

Kept me out of an accident while towing. Worth every penny!
Excellent brakes! Installed on a 2012 Yukon XL Denali and broken in according to Power Stop's guidance. Superior stopping power compared to factory OEM. Approximately 500 miles after installation and while towing a 4,000 lb boat, a BDM (Brain Dead Motorist) came to an unexpected and complete stop in front of me on a two-lane country road while they were searching for an address. With oncoming traffic and nowhere to go, I believe it was these brakes alone that kept me from rear-ending the BDM. The factory brakes would have faded away to nothing under the same circumstances. Brakes have been absolutely quiet and smooth since day one. I was hesitant to purchase drilled and slotted rotors again after having noise and vibration troubles with the design previously. I am happy to report that this has not been the case with these. So far, no issues with brake dust on the factory chrome wheels. Am hoping for long service life out of these- only time will tell.

Surprisingly good.
Iโve always been a HAWKS pad user and BrakeTech rotor guy. When it came time for brakes on my truck I figured I would look around and see what else is out there and maybe try to save some money why. I came upon these and the reviews actually got me to try them out. Put them on my 2010 GMC Sierra 1500 6.2L 4WDisk. Installation was easy and straight forward. The quality of the rotors seemed very high. Consistent coating. Nicely machined. Fit was excellent on the trucks existing hubs. The pads and shims fit excellent. I wish they would have included one more pack of the brake lube but thatโs small potatoes. The break in procedure was easy. A month later the brakes are still strong, no vibration or noise and in the Texas humidity the rotors and the hubs are still nice and silver. I donโt think I will be going back to pricey HAWKS pads and expensive rotors again. So far Iโm very please with this set up.

Good stopping, no squeaking, good longevity
I put this same kit on our GMC Sierra five years earlier. The rotors and pads lasted about the same amount of time. The pads were almost done and the rotors were looking worn, although they had absolutely no warping. I probably could have gotten away with a pad-swap, but I just decided to do the whole kit again. For reference, this is on a GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 Crew Cab with slightly oversized tires and very little towing action.

Crappy Packing but Great Product
What a difference in my 2010 GMC Sierra heavy/half ton's braking ability! It weighs in at 6,400lbs due to it having the 6.2 liter drive train in it and a couple size bigger 10 ply tires. I installed brand new OEM brakes a few years ago and they did ok, but nothing great. After installing these I don't think I'll ever buy OEM brakes again. There is no more sluggish/heavy feeling braking anymore. Now I press the brake pedal and BAM, my heavy girl stops! My only real negative is the packing. I counted it in the review since it is in fact from the manufacturer. All the shims are just tossed in with the other parts so yea, they're all smashed to heck by the time you get them. I had to bend and straighten every single one that I used. Nothing was packed very well, but just good enough to keep and real damage from happening. Pack everything better, provide shims that aren't smashed and drop the price a few $$ and I would happily give a 5 star review.

Perfect for my Avalanche
Package arrived damaged, but it was also very heavy. Luckily everything was in there as the pin dust caps were separate in the large box for some reason.

Dissorganized - Wrong stuff twice
I like the parts that came. But first time kit came with no brake pads or any hardware just rotors. Then they sent me the missing things. When I went to do the brakes, the front pads they sent were wrong. Was forced to go buy local pads because couldn't wait for replacement stuff tome come while our family vehicle is down. I was forced to buy parts from other vendors to finish the job and now stuck with parts I don't even know what they are for. Can't find an option for help now. Avoid
