This is well made. I had my doubts, but after using it for crabbing it makes retrieving the lines a lot easier and keeps the line away from the boat and your prop. The weight seemed a bit light at first but after using it there was no problem with that. I would recommend grinding the points off the hooks they're very sharp and not needed for retrieving line. I would buy it again if needed. 🦀

Very sturdy, hooks are pretty sharp, the eye is nice and big, has a little weight to it making it easier to throw. Using it to remove tree limbs from pond.

Looks well made, just hoping the hooks don’t bend, shaft and hook look sturdy.

Great to hook on that almost anything and pull it using it to haul limbs with my tractor

Needed to clean out limbs & debris etc from our pond. This Grappling Hook worked great. Constructed with stainless steel should last me for many years.

Well constructed-Arrived on time and in good shape. Put it to work upon arrival and was pleased with the results. I would like larger hooks for better gripping/biting power. I do recommend this product.

I dropped a marine-expensive (you know what I mean) telescopic handled scrub brush off the side of my boat (at the slip) and later an anchor (don't ask how) and recovered them both with this hook. It is a little on the small side, but it did the trick after several attempts. Being small and light might have an advantage in that you can feel the hook as it contacts items underwater. That might not be so easy with a larger, heavier one. Who knows? I don't have or need another.
