Can anyone tell me is it loose tea, fortnum & mason earl grey classic tin 250 gr, it say it is tea bags, decaffeinated on amazon.

I ordered it and I received loose-leaf, normal (i.e. not decaffeinated) tea, as ordered. Hope this helps.
