So good, I ordered another 4 . VFM ,a bargain from the Amazon. A rare thing today,but these file holders are just that no question. They're large ish, but still just above A4 proportions. They're sturdy colourful and easy to work with. I use them for my many poems I write every day neat enough. So far I take 6 folders going back to 2014 ,to present day. Inside they're clips to hold everything tightly, so they dont just fall out, at the least knock. Each of my folders average 1 .5. Yrs so that's a lot of papers. I would only nitpick, one thing, the outside information areas could have had plastic pockets. But that's minor. Bottom line is they're great so buy them,while price is good

Good value for money. The files appear sturdy and of reasonable quality. It's just a pity that a 'lock' on one of the files doesn't work.

Very disappointing experience due to Amazon’s inability to replace a faulty part of an order. One of the folders’ locking mechanism was inoperable. My redress was to return the whole (4) set of folders. Amazon does not offer the option to simply replace the faulty folder. As a result I have scrapped the faulty item and feel that I have probably done what Amazon has hoped thus saving them money. The folders are otherwise satisfactory albeit in the “get what you pay for” category. I have totally altered my opinion on this transaction and wish to record that having discovered the contact number of the supplier through the Amazon website, the situation described above was quickly, politely and amicably put right. The conduct of the supplier was admirable and within a few days I received replacement files at no cost. I congratulate the supplier and Amazon on bringing the matter to an entirely satisfactory conclusion. I apologise to both Amazon and the supplier and am very glad to be able to record the happy end to the affair.

Good enough for the job Explain, on ANY stationery provider site, how, where to measure spine. I struggled to know which width to select from options. In the absence of sizes being stamped on our binders in office here, I tried - internal spine width - height of chrome mechanism, the straight section - external overall width, which I discovered was necessary to include the card thickness of the front and back covers, to arrive at the total of 70mm. A small line drawing on stationery advertisements would save time and money and incorrect ordering - I think this is productive feedback for all !

I like so much this folder for the archive, because seems extremely useful, sturdy and spacious. In a single file, I can archive the information for the entire year at the college, for a single subject. Very happy with the purchase and I ordered a second time. Thank you.

Files are files, but I had to order 4 times before I received a box that didn't have the corners bashed, and therefore the files inside bent or dog eared at the corner.
