Boost for an older guy
After I started taking these amino 's, a few days later I started to notice i wasn't as sore, and the workouts and mood, overall, seemed more energetic. As a male in his mid 50's that is a plus.

Have taken these for a few days. So to early to tell if I am feeling results. But no side effects and that is a plus. I will see how it goes with them. I only take 2 capsules. One in the morning and one at night. I am not a large person so less is better for me.
