This product is truly a game changer for stain removal. I have 4 kids who frequently stain their clothes, and this product couldn’t be more helpful. Honestly, for how effective the product is, it is a pretty good value. You very well might end up buying yourself a refill, but it is also a good portable size. It has a good texture, and is not to sticky. It is a cute and durable bottle, but most importantly to product inside is very effective.

We have been using this stain remover for quite some time, and it is one of the best ones I have found on the market. It is a fantastic value for the money, since a little goes a long way (my last bottle lasted close to 2 years) and is portable enough to bring to wherever it is needed in our house to pre-treat a stain. The scent is a bit strong, but it doesn't last long and is completely removed after washing. I haven't really seen it do much whitening since I usually just use it on colored clothing. It seems fairly safe and has never caused us any skin issues - either on the clothes after use or if any get on our skin.

This stain remover works really well — it lifts tough stains nicely and the gel formula is strong and concentrated. I like the built-in scrubber brush, but it feels a little too soft, so sometimes I wish it had firmer bristles for deeper scrubbing. Overall, a very good product that does the job!

This stuff is magical the way it removes spots. I can't tell you how many t-shirts and sweatshirts this Shout stain remover has saved for me. It is great at removing blood and anything oily. The only thing I've found that it doesn't remove is ink stains. Also, it's best to get to the stain immediately. I slosh a gob of Shout on the stain and brush it in with the cool little plastic brush, and then throw the clothing in my hamper until wash day. It's never bleached out color or anything like that, even though sometimes it sits for days before I actually wash it. Great product!

I finally found this product again. I used it all the time to keep my clothes clean and without stains. I love being able to brush the solution in to the stain. I’ve used it on fresh stains with great success. But! I’ve tried it on set in stains after several washes. I brush the solution in to the set in stain, roll the clothes shut, put in my laundry basket, wash it, and shockingly noticed the old, set-in stain was greatly improved! Great value!

I have to say - I am so impressed with how quickly and thoroughly this product works! The gel combined with the scrubbing using the attached brush is an effective combo. I made a sizable mess today and had to use this on white fabric. I watched the stain disappear very quickly as I scrubbed the gel into the fabric. I washed and dried the fabric and looked hard for remnants of the stain and found NOTHING. I've never had a stain remover that was THIS effective until now. I purchased it because some article I read recommended it as a high quality product and I'm so glad they were right! Shout Advanced Stain Remover will be a staple of my laundry supplies going forward.

This stuff is super effective and a great value. I’ve gotten out old, set stains, as well as removing tons of blue dye transfer from a white sweatshirt I washed with some jeans accidentally. I was sure that sweatshirt was toast, and it did take a couple of cycle with the stain remover, but it absolutely worked. My clothes look great. Highly recommend.

does not wash old yellow spots the first time, but washed recent stains from 1 time. I had to briefly apply the product on the stains before washing
